Fiesta!

Well, I have a very exciting announcement! Courtesy of Northwest Airlines, and their very generous Worldperks loyalty program (there's only a hint of sarcasm there), I am booked to fly out to Guadalajara, Mexico in two weeks for my dear friend Sofia's wedding to Juan-Pablo.

I met Sofia the very first night of my DTS last year, and we became immediate friends as we walked through the DTS program, and we even ended up on the same outreach team to Mozambique! She's a great woman of God, full of the Lord, and full of passion to take Jesus to the world! Her fiancee Jaun-Pablo is a great man of God, who also has a huge heart for the lost. I met him the first week of DTS also, and I'm honored and excited to be a part in the joining in Christ of such a great couple!

So yeah, I'm stoked to go! The slight downer on this whole thing is that because it's an airmiles flight, I have a ridiculous routing - I'm only gone for 4 days and of those I'm only in mexico for about a day and a half. Oh well! It's such a blessing and answer to prayer to be able to go! Thankyou Lord!

Wow, what fab news Johnny...hoping Jenni's able to go too but a major answer to prayer eitherway eh! Forgive me, I've just worked out how to find more of your blog accounts on the site so can be more updated now which is fun...literally-funny photo on patrol! Am thrilled to be e-mailing Jenni, she's so sweet and so very helpful.
Wondering whether wet-suits are needed for the sea though?; probably a totally daft question!

I'nm back offshore now, went to Lanzarote for a week and had a really good time, I must thank you for the hours I spend reading your blog and how much it helps me to pray for all you are doing. I really miss you J"
Remember how I told you that I knew that you will always be a close friend, Well I'm glad for the many mounths since I've seen you, It makes me see that I ment what I said. I would love to talk to you soon about maybe doing something like what you are doing, Sarah has been talking alot about it too, Just saling up and giving all to the lord. What better life can there be?
